Jan 28th 3:42 after placing an order I observed a worker ( man, yellow highlights at from of his head and earring) putting a glove over his left nostril and just blowing his nose to the floor. Next to the grill and all the topping. After, he took a red dinner and blew his nose in it never taking off the gloves he was cooking with. I understand that it’s winter and people get sick but don’t blow your nose in the air. Grab a napkin and change your gloves before continuing cooking food. I can post a pic of him if

Eat at your own risk, the food is tasty but can also be tampered with depending on your interactions with the staff. Patiently waited in line for a customer who was placing an extensive order, asked the Cashier if I had to pay before placing my order since my uncle who was paying went to use the restroom, she berated me about how are you supposed to place an order before payment is processed etc? I literally said Miss, I don’t know every business is different some business will let you place an order before paying however if this is your policy that’s okay, I will wait for him to get back, he gets back I placed my order and as I’m waiting all I see is the Manager in charge staring me down and laughing with the cashier while shaking her head as if I’m being a nuisance, I smiled and a few moments later she gave the guy who’s preparing burgers a foil wrapped burger and basically let him know THAT one was the one for me, he called out the order number and mentioned it was a Burger with one fry? I said thank you and have a nice day, as I get in the car I checked my order and it was wrong and, the Burger had a piece of Bacon rubbing against the outside of the bun, I don’t eat Bacon due to my beliefs so at this point I no longer felt comfortable enough to trust them with my food, I literally just wanted to enjoy a burger as I was very hungry for lunch, went in with no attitude and just asked the lady to please process a refund, she asked why and I explained this is why and I’m not looking to give you an attitude, a hard time or not looking to judge you, I would just like the refund as I don’t feel comfortable eating from you guys since there’s a lot of funny people in Today’s world and no matter how upset you are with a customer food is one thing you don’t play with or retaliate with, the Manager or Lead or Assistant Manager no idea, literally gave me a crazy attitude walked up to me no hello, no de-escalation just said the garbage is right there I need the card to process the refund I said sure I need to go outside and grab my Uncle’s card, if I do that you’ll grant me my refund right? you won’t play anymore games? she walked away but the Cashier said yes she’d give me the refund, I came back with the card now the lady’s saying oh I need the receipt, so I said I had thrown out my receipt once I picked up the Burger but if I need to fish through the garbage so we can stop playing games I will do that, I literally just want a refund not looking to judge you guys or anything she said you’re talking too much, there’s something wrong with me and, can you step to the side so we can take the next order? while I’m in the middle of getting this transaction reversed, finally got my refund and left with the Burger as the customer who was behind me said to give it to the homeless guy outside instead of tossing it out, this was all unnecessary really bad experience over nothing…

Five Guys on Woodhaven Blvd does exactly what Five Guys is supposed to do—and does it well. The burgers are consistently hot, juicy, and cooked to order, with portions that don’t insult your intelligence. The toppings bar is generous, the buns are fresh, and you actually taste the beef, not a freezer. The fries? Classic Five Guys chaos—in a good way. Fresh-cut, cooked in peanut oil, and dumped into the bag like they’re daring you to complain. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and plenty enough to share (or not). The place is clean, the staff is efficient and friendly, and orders move quickly even when it’s busy. No gimmicks, no trendy nonsense—just straightforward American burgers done the old-school way. If you want a dependable, filling meal that delivers every single time, this Five Guys gets it right. You leave full, satisfied, and already thinking about the next visit.
