  Been frequenting this Dunkin but experienced one of the worst today, and I warn that you stay away from this branch. 1 of the employees frothed the milk of my hot latte in the paper cup of my order. Never in my decades of ordering coffee have I ever seen it prepared this way. After a quick Google search, I decided to ask him about the safety of this practice. He seemed to have a hard time understanding me, so we pulled his colleague into the convo. 2nd employee was nice enough to prepare a new drink for me with milk frothed in metal tin instead of PAPER CUP, and it all was good until he asked several times if I’m from China (after I had answered no several times.) The first employee also asked repeatedly if I’ve worked for Dunkin or food & beverage before— to which I answered no, and asked him back if he thinks frothing hot milk in paper cup is 100% safe. The “Are you from China” guy was handing me my new drink when Mr. Paper Cup intercepted and tried grabbing it out of his hand. I can’t with this place anymore 😑

  I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but my recent trip to Dunkin’ was pretty rough. The store felt disorganized from the moment I walked in—there was a long line, but almost no communication from the staff, so no one really knew what was going on. When I finally placed my order, it took much longer than expected, and the drink I received tasted watered-down and nothing like what I ordered

  I only order hash browns from Dunkin, because how can that be messed up They handed me my order in this little to go bag with a napkin on top. The oil was soaking through and everything. No tissue paper to hold it. Just tossed in there. Asked them to remake and use the proper tissue baggy

  If I could give them less I would. I’ve had numerous issues with this location and have reached out to customer service and was told management or someone related to the franchisee would contact me, twice. I’m not getting that call lol. They constantly make drinks wrong then look at you like you’re the problem. If someone from the store is reading this, you don’t make a refresher with COFFEE. Yes, they made not one but two refreshers with coffee. I don’t even understand how you make a mistake that bad and then look at me as if I was the one who ordered it that way and for the record, you can’t actually order a REFRESHER with COFFEE. I cannot stress this enough. Secondly, don’t have a mobile order counter if you’re going to hoard the drinks out of the customers reach. There is no reason it should be behind the counter on a tray that I have to ask for multiple times, not be understood, then mocked as we left. Is it igorance, lack of accountability, or a language barrier? Either way you shouldn’t be working in customer service if you don’t know how to both speak or interact with the public or even make the drinks you’re trained and hired to make. The workers need to be re-trained in multiple areas. Management needs to step up and get your staff in order.
