  I used to work near this location but not anymore so I was a regular for years but I do go to this location when I can because the customer service is great. My order’s were almost never wrong and if there ever was a discrepancy it was made right and there was never an issue trying to explain what was wrong. I can’t recall the managers name but he was always above and beyond. On several occasions he told me if my order was wrong he’ll make it right no problem. The workers always took the time to say hello to me and like I said I never had to worry about things being made wrong. Keep up the great work, customer service and accountability are lost arts these days.

  I ordered a medium hot macchiato, but the first one was too watery, almost like it wasn’t foamed properly. I asked them to remake it, and they were understanding. But then I was shocked when I actually watched the lady making the second one. She foamed the milk, and then I saw her spooning out all the foam and throwing it away! 🤦‍♂️ Honestly, that’s the strangest and most frustrating way I’ve ever seen a macchiato prepared.

  The worker does what ever they want and can’t prepare anything according DD standards. Order a refresher with sparkling water. I watch the guy make it with regular water. When i pointed out it, the guy tells me they only use a splash of sparkling water and it should be flat. DD is a joke because of employees like this.
