They make you order from screens even though there are people standing right there and it causes everything to get backed up. Ordered a large hot coffee and it took 15 min before they told me they were out of milk. Waited another 5 min for someone to help give me a refund who acted like it was my fault. All while people around me were getting mad at not getting their orders and not being able to order. Avoid at all costs
