This past Sunday on September 7, between 3:15–3:30 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The female cashier on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I was reviewing the menu and preparing my order, she bypassed me and began assisting another customer who had just walked in. After completing his order, she looked directly at me and then walked away without acknowledging me or offering to take my order. I was left standing there, ignored, until a manager eventually stepped in to assist me. This type of behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable in customer service. Every customer should be treated with professionalism and courtesy. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper retraining, because the next customer may not be as patient. I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. On a positive note, I would like to commend Arham Rafkat, who consistently provides excellent service. He is professional, polite, and always greets customers with a smile. Staff like him should be recognized, but one employee’s poor behavior should not be allowed to damage the reputation of the entire store.
