    Very disappointing experience. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I placed an online order and came for pickup on time but was told to cancel with no clear explanation or help. This location clearly needs better staff training. Would not recommend.

    Apparently this Chipotle has invented its own reality. I walked into the store, completely empty, by the way, and was told I had to order a quesadilla online. Not “we’re busy,” not “our grill is down,” not “we’re short-staffed.” Nope. Just “online only.” While I’m standing there. As the only customer. In a fully operational store. Every other Chipotle nearby manages to make quesadillas like a normal restaurant, but this location acts like pressing buttons on a screen somehow unlocks abilities the staff doesn’t possess in person. It’s peak laziness disguised as policy. If the goal is to make customers feel stupid for daring to walk into a restaurant expecting food, congratulations: mission accomplished. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else, including another Chipotle that understands how restaurants are supposed to work.
