I've been a bartender for 10 years, some of which have been at Airport restaurants - I understand the hustle, but this has to be the worst experience I've had start to finish. I sat at the bar and neither bartender acknowledged my existence for awhile, so I scanned the "scan to order and pay" sticker thinking that was what they were expecting me to do. The bartender was then upset with me for doing that and wouldn't say a word to me even when I would thank him. My sprite tasted like water but the atmosphere was so bad I didn't want to say anything out of fear someone would blow up on me. There was one kind server who brought me ranch when I asked but I would never ever recommend going here. Food was cold and mid, even for a B-Dubs.

Whoever alfredo think is going to tip better get serve first i order a pepsi 5 minutes later guy show up with his girlfriend alfredo serve his beer before my pepsi ask for chsburger tomatoe only there goes my burger with lettuce and get upset because i said no lettuce finally on the receipt clearly said 17% on party of 6+ on this case is just me why he try to put 18% tip sorry not today alfredo i think 2 usd tip was good enough see you soon...

Kiosk wasn't too hard to navigate, I personally got the lemon pepper wings with some carrots.
The wings were a bit pricey, even for b-dubs, but I suppose it is an airport so what can you expect.
Got my wings pretty quickly, I ordered them at 5:51 and I'm sitting here having finished it all at 6:15, which is better than usual for airport food service.
The service was nice, well, for the tiny amount I did have to interact with them. This one lady directed me to the line to wait for my wings, and the same lady brought my food out and even came looking for me (which, in my book, is pretty above and beyond for airport food service).
The wings themselves are nothing to write home about, I mean, how do you mess up lemon pepper wings? Carrots were pretty decent too, and a nice side dish after having finished those wings.
Overall, not as bad as the review score makes it seem, it's definitely better than my last experience at the shake shack here.

I chose to eat here because they had a good seating area. However, once I placed my order at the self order machine they told me that was for to-go orders only and that I was not allowed to sit in the seating area to eat because I’d accidentally placed a to-go instead of a dine-in order. They refused to let me refund the order or switch it to a dine-in order. Additionally, the order described as “quesadilla with fries” was actually a quesadilla with tater tots. To have this mistake but a no-refund policy is ridiculous.

I walked around the airport looking for a not too expensive bloody Mary. I ended up at Buffalo wild wings. It was not too busy, the bartender continued to pass me by. I finally waved to him to get his attention and he serviced me. The menu shows that you can customized it bloody Mary to "Make it WILD".I asked how much more it would be to "Make it WILD", and he said don't worry I got you. What he returned with was a regular bloody Mary with a piece of celery and a carrot. I got his attention again, and explained it this was not wild. There were no signs of wild sauce wild garnishes nor a Tajin rim. He told me "we don't have any Tajin". Immediately got defensive, and said he could get me something else. I came here for a bloody Mary. What about the wild sauce of wild garnishes? I told him not to worry about it, that I would have it the way it is. I am very disappointed in the service.
