Asked for a beer. The dude with the hat at the bar said, scan the code I’m busy. So I did, and it wouldn’t load. 15 mins later, I tried to order a beer. The same guy said, I’m busy scan the code. Yet the ladies at the end were being taken care of!
So 30 mins later, I asked again, and the attitude I got was pathetic. You sit at a bar, wait 30 mins, and then have the bartender treat you like trash. #NYC

Even though there were not many customers, it took forever to get a server to take our order. After the order was placed, it took them a really long time to get the food. Waited over 30 minutes and the order was wrong. Had to leave because needed to get to my flight.

I travelled through JFK yesterday and ordered to go at this place. Only the hispanic guy at the bar was working, serving multiple clients and answering questions. I looked at the kitchen door and there must have been at least 10 staff members there gathered cracking jokes and laughing. I approached one of them to tell him about my order and they all immediately gave me attitude - like how dare I speak to them, despite how polite I was. They all slowly came out, gave me the evil eye while giggling and laughing with each other. After waiting forever, a young slim tall black girl brought my order and damn near threw it at me while looking at me like I was trash. I got on my flight and had the tasteless wings for dinner and I have been sick ever since. I could almost swear that my food was laced. I can barely stand up straight. These people are horrible people and should not be working with the public. It was disappointing to see that young black people would display these type of disgusting behavior.
It has been more than 3 days since this unfortunate incident and I am still very sick and can’t keep anything down. I don’t know what these people put in my food. Imagine spending over $30 to buy food, just to be poisoned by these evil people for asking a question. These people are out of control. At this point, I will be making a police report.
