  Food was good, service was terrible. We never got a single refill on Pepsi. As we were leaving you could see they were just standing around in the back.

  I never write restaurant reviews but in this case I am sitting in an airport waiting for my flight with nothing to do. I ordered a Togo order since I missed the sign that you can order at the table. After 10 minutes and my salad order appeared and I tried to sit down at a mostly empty restaurant I was told it was reserved for tables orders only and I have to leave, even though the people ahead of me who picked up a Togo order set at a table without an issue. To add injury to insult, the chicken was overcooked and the dressing I asked on the side was in the salad. I chose to eat here because I liked the food at the local Tampa location, that was a mistake. This chain just lost a customer for life.

  Just another poor airport food place. Frieze are ok. Hamburger is much too much over cooked. Lettuce salad is well lettuce.

  Our total bill was 75.00 for 2 ppl. With a horrible service attendant. I asked for mayo and never got it only got a small cup of ketchup for burger and old fries.

  Didn’t even get to dine here but writing this review because of an extremely awful experience we had with the bartender here. My friends and I went to the BWW in Terminal 4, Gate B hoping to grab a beer before a flight. We unknowingly came right as the bar was closing, which the bartender told us rudely, shaking her head at us like she was annoyed even though we hadn’t said anything or sat down. When we asked if there was another bar in the airport she told us there was a 24 hour bar in gate A2. We were talking amongst ourselves trying to decide to make the walk over there or not when we heard laughing coming from the bar and we realized the bartender was mocking us and laughing at us with other customers. The whole thing was weird so we decided to go check the other bar out, only to find out when we got there that it’s closed. When we came back and we were walking by the restaurant she loudly told the same customers she was laughing with to “remember, there’s a 24 hour bar in Gate A2” and laughing with them as if it was an inside joke. When we told her that the bar she told us was open was actually closed, she just nodded her head. I don’t know what warranted this treatment when we didn’t even sit down, we hadn’t even said a word to this person. I understand it’s late and people want to go home after a long day but to treat someone, anyone, like this is just straight up malicious, and for seemingly no reason at all. Reading other reviews, it doesn’t seem like the service at this place is going to get better anytime soon, but I do hope that the next person that comes by this place doesn’t get mocked like we do.
