- CHCrystal HuangMay 18, 20251.0Cashier was switching between register as we were ordering, and we could barely hear/understand cashier, who didn’t repeat what she was saying when we requested for repetition. We wanted a large lava cake latte, a box of donuts (of 6), and a chicken and bacon croissant. When we were ordering, we started out by saying 1 donut but then changed to a box of donuts. Upon getting the receipt, the extra donut was included. At first we were going to let it slide. Upon giving just the box of the donuts, since she didn’t get it yet, we then decided to request a refund, as we didn’t want the extra donut anymore. We requested a refund multiple times but the cashier only replied that she’s giving it to us now. Cashier essentially didn’t want to refund it. Later we get a coolada instead of a latte, and was told they don’t have the latte. We then realize that the drink order was wrong on the receipt as well. We would have appreciated if we were told they didn’t have the drink rather than getting the wrong order. Disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
