  I didn’t even get my food bro I love buffalo wild wings food but they never brought the food out and I sat there for an hour with no food and hungry on my flight.

  Rude customer service and overpriced. Got our order wrong too which was very basic… Couldn’t get any of the normal deals you’d get at BWW. Actual food was cold and the lady policing the To Go counter was unfriendly and clearly didn’t want to be there, let alone be helpful. Never ever EVER going to BWW again, which is unfortunate as it used to be a favorite of ours. Very bad representation of BWW and should be shut down honestly.

  Better to buy 7-11 chicken wings than eating at this well known wings place. Only good thing here is the workers. Anoher epic airport food failure. Do not go Its also expensive. Asked for the tip before even they served.

  Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings at JFK Terminal 4 before a flight and was disappointed with the service. The place wasn’t busy, yet our order was taken but never brought out until we had to remind the waitress. She apologized, but in an airport setting where time is limited, this shouldn’t happen. The payment process was also frustrating — the terminal suggested a tip of around $10.5, and when I tried to enter a custom amount, the “other amount” option kept resetting back to the preset choices. I ended up selecting “no tip” on the terminal and left $5 in cash instead. The waitress’s reaction was disappointing — she didn’t take the cash tip, walked away without saying anything, and didn’t even acknowledge us. Overall, not the level of service you’d expect. Hopefully this is something they can improve.

  Believe it or not, this place is cheaper than everything else in terminal 4. The boneless chicken wings (adult chicken nuggets) were cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce on them. They came out pretty fast and they were hot. What really brought the place down is the lack of good customer service. I sat at the bar because it seemed that there was only one waitress for the whole dining room, and I didn't have 2 hours to spare. It took forever to get the attention of the bartender. Once I placed the order, he never refilled my drink. I had to beg the other bartender to refill my water glass. The atmosphere is really unpleasant, with very uncomfortable high chairs.
