Based on past taste, We decided to give this place a try. The food itself was quite tasty, only a little greasier than what I remember but it was good. The service though... We ordered via app 20-25 minutes before we got to the place for pickup and I still had to wait additional 15. There was one person behind the counter getting slammed with a whole lot of people picking up and ordering, I felt terrible for her until someone from the kitchen came out to assist. The guy handed me the pizza without checking the receipt where it clearly said "balance due". They were trying to get me out of the store and not noticing I had to pay. I had to make charge because they wouldn't and it was so odd and I definitely did not want to take advantage of how busy and distracted they were. I hope they can get their place in order to stay afloat in such saturated market
