The worst thing about it’s that it was a custom order so that I would’ve thought it would’ve been fresh. Unfortunately we drove back home and don’t have time to go back and give them back to them. I swear everything was thrown in the garbage because even if I didn’t have anything else to eat I would’ve never eat this crap. Another thing is that it was on a weekend which should be busier than a weekday. I’d imagine how bad the food is then. I try calling but no one answered. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS MCDONALD.

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to resolve the issue. Her professionalism and genuine care for customers truly stood out and made my visit much more enjoyable. The drive-thru line was a bit long and moved slower than expected, but the staff remained friendly and efficient despite the rush. When I finally received my food, it was hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy — just the way McDonald’s fries should be! The quality of the food definitely made up for any earlier delays. Overall, I appreciate how Isabella and the team handled everything. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again.
