Every time, it takes at least 15 minutes to get your order — and it’s almost always wrong. I asked for a mocha Frappuccino with oat milk and ended up with a watery latte. When I pointed it out, the staff seemed more interested in arguing than correcting the mistake. To be fair, the food is hot and comes out quickly, but the service and attitude just aren’t worth it. If I’m paying for something, it should be made right without the back-and-forth. This was my final visit to this location.

A line of three people, two woman and a male in the back and the woman behind the counter skipped me and the elder lady to ask the man in the back what he would like. Not only are they selective with service they are also selective with restrooms. When i walked in a man thanked the woman for the restroom but when i asked she stated "we do not have a public restroom" I think the woman in here should focus on the business and stop thinking with there pants. Never going again.
