  I went there to get a coffee and donuts in the afternoon and as I was standing there to order and the worker ignored me for more than 5 minutes.

  The service sucks, the people who works there doesn't know to make the drinks properly. Yesterday, I ordered a frozen coffee and it was bitter as hell. When I point it out, she was quick to argue that I was wrong didn't tell her how sweet I wanted it. I told her I am not going to drink this as its nothing compared to the frozen coffee I had at other Dunkins. She eventually started to remake my drink with attitude that she have been making this for a long time and that she was right. She receded to the back and muttered anguishly with a co-worker in their language. Upon remaking my drink, she popped 5-6 sweeten in to cup. Slamming here and there and muttering in her language. Finally, she gave me my drink with a stern look. Upon tasting it. I was deeply shocked how sweet she make my frozen coffee. I didn't want to continue this, so I walked out. Very disappointed !!! Never going there again!

  Worst place ever! I placed an order and it was missing items. Instead of taking accountability, they proceeded to argue with me, calling me a scammer as I was showing them the receipt with the missing items. DO NOT recommend. Very rude service and no accountability.

  Seriously, the worst coffee I have ever had from Dunkin. The coffee tasted like flavored hot water.

  I Ordered 9 PS Queso Loaded Hash brown When I pick up the food to bring at Home, Both Order was Plain Has Brown, Nothing on it.
