Upon my dismay we were introduced to an empty spot, which seemed overwhelmed at the presence of us. Timing for the pies was slow, but the issue that caught my attention was the lack of care when I voiced my concern that the prosciutto I was presented with was spoiled. I explained that it tasted metallic and pungent, even moving it off my pie, I still tasted it. My issue is, I didn’t want a refund — I just wanted the chef to know that there was a discrepancy future guests could avoid. Instead the server (thin tall and dark hair) rushed away and shoving a plate in my face explaining that him and the chef feel that “I am surly mistaken” and that I should eat another slice of prossuito. This doesn’t seem like a big deal… except for the fact that I am writing this from my office restroom chucking it up.
