The last two times I have walked out after waiting 10+ minutes without having a chance to order. The drive thru is continuously backed up. There doesn’t appear to be a shortage of employees. The time of day doesn’t seem to be a factor. I hope they can figure out how to manage the customer flow and employee workflow better.
