  Ordered a lemonade for me and a coffee drink for my son. 1 person got my drink ready and another person got my sons. My sons coffee was fine. My Lemonade came out and looked like straight water. The person who made my sons coffee even said something and remade me a new lemonade. The person who originally made mine didn't apologize or look like he even cared that he did a crap job with crap service. This was in the afternoon and why I always go into these type of stores.

  What is the issue w this store and the management they bring in? This morning I witnessed the manager be rude to at least 5 customers , if she's that miserable why be in the business of dealing w the public , and WHY talk to her staff the way she does??? Just stopped back in a few minutes ago to run into shell and I overhear some other girl cursing behind the counter saying it doesn't matter what she does because her moms the manager... guess the nasty attitude runs in the family ... corporate needs to look at the girls that show up faithfully and do their job and maybe promote them instead of hiring in miserable people and their kids..

  Doesn’t make the orders right most of the time or is just plain out of everything. Service is rough. The employees are rude and inefficient. Pulled up to pick up a mobile order the other day and they gave me one out of two of my items. Walked away and came back ten minutes later. “Why are you still here?” While laughing. Rude atmosphere overall frustrating experience every-time you go.

  Great customer service. Food was great short wait time Atmosphere was amazing because reyanne was there. Love ya reyanne. 💜
