DANGEROUS problem.When I addressed it with the manager, Carl, he was argumentative, refused to give his full name, and doubted my account. This is a recurring issue across both Highland grocery chains. Very unsafe environment for polite shoppers

My family member is now out of insulin for TWO WEEKS, according to the pharmacist. We will be switching pharmacies.
