  Stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to come over to front service area. Everyone was in the front but to the back of the store , not even the manager looked our way. I ordered the potato soup , which the potatoes were grainy and barley any bacon in it. We also ordered half sandwiche and soup and they served it in two separate plates instead of one . The sandwiche was falling apart.

  I am not happy. I placed a GrubHub order and they forgot my dessert. This is unacceptable!

  2 bad experiences here in a row. Multiple times I've placed an order for items on the mobile app only to get to the establishment and be told they were out of stock. If you are out of stock on an item, you should not be permitted to order it to begin with. This morning, I also ordered yogurt and avocado toast. While waiting, I received a notification that my order was ready. After waiting another 5 minutes, I found out one of the items was out of stock. The breakfast item was cold and did not have the dressing the menu said it would. I will not be returning. Going elsewhere anytime I want to get breakfast out in the future.

  Panera is always reliable for good and relatively quick food. This Panera has a fireplace and lots of seating, but fewer booths if that's what you prefer. Multiple tables and floors surrounding them were left messy with food. We wiped down our table before eating, but the amount of messy tables and lack of open booths limited our seating choices. Overall good experience, delicious food, and staff was very polite and professional. Customers should clean up better after themselves and I'm confident staff helped clean after we left as we were there during a busy-ish lunch time.

  Ordered pick up which was not ready when I arrived. There was nobody at the register. Three people were waiting ahead of me. There were staff walking back and forth in the kitchen area behind the registers but not one person came over to say sorry we're busy or we have a slight delay. No communication at all. Waited 10 minutes and order finally came out. No apology, no hello, no thank you for coming. Nothing. Very poorly trained staff.
