In fact, Chirag has been nothing but helpful and considerate of my preferences. That being said: Aside from the location not taking mail coupons/promos, they dont take some Sub Club deals. So what's the perk of being Sub Club member if I can't take advantage of the app deals, other than the fourth free footlong?! They offer veggie patty in this location but it's not reflected on the website or app so I can't get the one thing I want without going in person, which is such a major inconvenience. Please fix the app!
