    I went to this Panera in the morning. There were not a lot of customers at the time. I ordered two hot chocolates on the kiosk and had to wait over 20 minutes for them. There were two employees in front of house which seemed to be enough, but they were constantly performing other tasks from making food/drinks. Multiple customer that ordered after us received their purchase a much more complicated order before us. One woman also came back they for they forgot the chicken on her chicken salad. Her order was still corrected before our drinks were even made. The other associate didn't help when we asked for it. I figured they would have covered for her colleague. Overall terrible experience the hot hot chocolate was not even hot. And now I have the sads and cold hot chocolates.

    Absolutely AWFUL. Came in, used the order tablet, charged my credit card and waited n waited, at least 20 minutes to find the order didn't go through. It was an awful experience and of course I was extremely right for time. They have never been particularly efficient but this was the ultimate in bad business practice.. Make the machines work!!!
