  Panera is always reliable for good and relatively quick food. This Panera has a fireplace and lots of seating, but fewer booths if that's what you prefer. Multiple tables and floors surrounding them were left messy with food. We wiped down our table before eating, but the amount of messy tables and lack of open booths limited our seating choices. Overall good experience, delicious food, and staff was very polite and professional. Customers should clean up better after themselves and I'm confident staff helped clean after we left as we were there during a busy-ish lunch time.

  Ordered pick up which was not ready when I arrived. There was nobody at the register. Three people were waiting ahead of me. There were staff walking back and forth in the kitchen area behind the registers but not one person came over to say sorry we're busy or we have a slight delay. No communication at all. Waited 10 minutes and order finally came out. No apology, no hello, no thank you for coming. Nothing. Very poorly trained staff.

  Update, okay literally after trying about 10 to 15 times it finally worked. // I work over 100 hours a week at my job, I came in to check to see if they had Wi-Fi they said yes, I came and set down trying to log on through their Panera website domain on my computer and my phone and neither one of them worked. I tried to restart my computer, and it still didn't work. Wi-Fi doesn't work, I had to use my mobile hotspot. If the manager wants to write me back on this review I will consider changing my review

  I’m a longtime Panera Bread customer and this is easily the worst experience I’ve had at any Panera location. This is usually my go-to restaurant—I even have two Sip Club accounts under one phone number, one for me and one for my son, because that’s how often we come. That makes this experience especially disappointing. The line was unreasonably long, and there was no clear reason for it. Orders were moving slowly, the flow behind the counter felt disorganized, and customers were visibly confused about where to go or how long things would take. For a brand that prides itself on efficiency and consistency, this location completely missed the mark. Service felt chaotic rather than busy. There was no sense of urgency, communication was lacking, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. When you’re standing in line this long, you expect either exceptional service or clear explanations—there was neither. I want to be clear: I love Panera Bread. This review isn’t about the brand as a whole—it’s about this specific location failing to meet even basic expectations. I truly hope management addresses staffing and workflow issues, because this experience was far below what regular customers like myself have come to expect.
