While returning home, I had a thought to check my food just to find cheese on the sandwich for the 3rd time! I have lactose tolerance and had to return the sandwich for an adjustment once again. This time I ask for a complimentary small fries as I ate some on the way home and felt it would be the least they could do for the inconvenience, just to be informed by the manager Jasmine that she couldn’t do it despite the inconvenience. It’s fast food , no one wants to get half way home just to see their order is messed up and a manager should show some sort of empathy. Even if she declined the complimentary fries , she could’ve offered an apology for the inconvenience but none was offered.
