    I go to dunkin every day for the same thing, a shakin expresso. We talking $6 a day on my drink. Today the gentleman with the long hair at the register had the nerve to say that the drink is like this because of the foam. I might as well ordered a small and saved me a few dollars. Nooooo!!!!! the drink is not like this, you just don’t know how to make it. Next time fill my cup up, smh.

    Wife and i walked in today 10 /18/25 at 3 clock..the place smelled and tables and floor were disgusting. Unbelievable!

    I ordered a simple iced coffee with mocha flavor and almond milk and my order was wrong and then after it was fixed they gave it back and I almost spit it out it was so bitter and I asked the employee if it had any almond milk in it and he said yes but the coffee they were serving was burnt/bad and I said um okay Can you give me a new one? And he “remade it” and gave me the same coffee super bitter, and again with the wrong flavor. Do not recommend this Dunkin.

    Went into the store at 5:30 this morning. There were no customers. The woman at the counter couldn't be bothered to take an order because she was putting up labels. After 5 minutes she cam over to take my order. I asked for 2 dozen, whereby whe visibly sighed and went to get them. However her "regulars" then came in and she decided to help them first, because it was "just coffee" . So after another 10 minutes, when when yet a 4th "regular" came in for coffee and she took them first, I left. I would not recommend coming to this shop if you are not a "regular" as the $2 coffee is more important than the $30 donut sale.
