  Avoid this location. I have on several occasions received trash in my food and was told by management that I was lying. It was literally the wax paper used to separate cheese. It's an easy mistake but to claim that I pulled it out of my pocket is crazy. I get that white cheddar with white wax paper is easy to maybe mix up but it's not from my pocket

  I ordered my iced coffee and paid extra for 2 extra pumps of caramel. The coffee tasted like colored water! I when took it back, the Lil guy there came over to thr young lady that was helping me and stated "she needs to pay extra for extra pumps" and she responded "she paid for 2 pumps extra" and he repeated it and she responded again and asked me for my receipt which I showed him. He then said "well, we don't have control over how the coffee is" and I said yes the he'll you do! I am paying extra for something that I want and would like it to at least taste like I'm drinking coffee and he said "oh well I don't know what to tell ya" and walked away. He gave nothing but attitude and mind you i wasn't even talking to him because he wasn't the one that helped me. He was doing the drive thru and came over to mind a some business that wasn't his. Needless to say, I asked for a full refund and that was a problem with him too. Never again at this location!!! Disgusting behavior for customer service!

  worst dunkin ever. they never have anything and not once have I gone where they got my order right. It also takes 20 minutes just to get some bacon.

  Served by some nasty girl that touched my hash browns with her bare hands & who’s belly was showing Name was Aaliyah pretty sure.
