  I went to this location today at approximately 2pm-ish. I just ordered a half dozen (2 strawberry frosted, 2 vanilla frosted, and 2 glazed) at the drive thru. The total spent $10.09. The place appeared to be nice and clean on the outside. It didn't take long to place my order. The customer service was on a professional level. The young lady had a smile on her face and she did thank me for my service. I was in a bit of a rush to get back to my closing, so I didn't check over my order. My order was correct. However the donuts looked old. They were dry. They had a bit of a crunch to them. Maybe they have been sitting out since morning? And I don't mean this morning. I'm talking, yesterday's morning. My mind told me to go to 7-11 but my GPS said it was 7 minutes away and I was a bit pressed for time. Needless to say for the customer service, I would come back but I will go in to make sure I'm not getting the dumpster's batch.

  Josh handled my order with care, made my coffee perfectly, and was extremely mannered! I recommend this dunkin !!

  Rude employees, have gotten coffees that just straight up don’t taste right when other locations make the same drinks perfectly, overall 0/10 I’d drive farther just to go somewhere else.

  I can not say enough positive things about this specific Dunkin Donuts. I have visited this specific location around 300 times in the last year. My mother's memory care facility is nearby and its a great easy trip to take with her as a "special treat." The drive-through is everything you are looking for: quick, efficient and cost effective. More than that though, I have to say that developing relationships with the drive-through team has been a real bright spot in what has been a pretty tough last year and I look forward to each daily visit now. I realize Dunkin Donuts is never going to compare in terms of food quality with higher end bakeries, but for my mother and I, this is the absolute perfect spot to have a quick tea, munchkins and chat with the team all while feeling like we aren't breaking the bank with daily visits. Consistency is key and with all the orders we've put in over the last year I don't think they've gotten a single order incorrect, truly amazing. I hope if management is watching this, they let the staff know they are greatly appreciated by "regular" customers like us because it means a lot to have the crew there remembering my usual order (and all its variations) and greeting my mom and I with a smile each day. Thanks guys.
