  Whoever was staffed on 4/10/26 between 7pm and 7:30pm needs their customer service skills reevaluated. I placed a mobile order and was ten mins late (my bad, I'll take the L for that) and stood at their counter for a few minutes while all 5-6 of yall were in the kitchen area. Things are loud, you looked busy, whatever. But all of you back there and nobody was checking by the registers? One said that we'll be with you in a minute. Another popped around shortly after and then tossed my mobile order on the counter and silently walked away again. I likely took the wrong drink that was just hanging out on the mobile orders station, truly sorry. Not greeted, not told that my whole order was there, more was said to me after I was already halfway out the door than the whole time I was actually two feet from your staff. Very unclassy

  Once again screwed up my order...ask for soft tacos...gave me hard...and it took over 25 minutes to get my food.to the owners...might want to think about hiring better staff.they suck....and I noticed you got alot of 1 star reviews.

  One of the members of staff was extremely rude to not only me but a girl with the NYS Health Department who was only doing her job, the employee sat there and yelled at said health inspector just for being present. Disgraceful. (Edit) Come to find out it was one of the store managers
