Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy for picking up even something as simple as Tylenol ( it’s literally on the shelf, that’s how bad this pharmacy is). Every time I have had a perception sent here, I’ve been met with nothing but a hard time, waiting hours after the prescription should’ve been done, and still not getting whatever at all. To the staff working on 11/24, you are worthless. After walking to the pharmacy for roughly 15 minutes, 5 hours after my prescription was sent over, the lady at the counter lied to my face, saying they “just got my order in”. I was present with the doctor when they sent it over hours prior. I then commented on how it had been over 5 hours and was told it would be done within the hour of my prescription being sent over. I understand you get backed up, however lying to a customer who clearly is already clearly sleep deprived, and overall done is not the move. I then asked how long it would be to get my prescription, as I was there and did not want to waste more time walking back and fourth a second time. Was told it would be multiple hours. As a woman, multiple hours would’ve been after 7 pm, I was not walking in the dark alone at that hour, no matter how “safe” the village is in addition to having other stuff to do at that time. Was given no call when my prescription was filled, so I defended to go today at 11/25. When I arrived, the first thing they told me was my prescription sat too long so they returned it?? Kind of confused how that happened since I didn’t get call, I then asked how long it would take for them to redo it. My question was then met with the woman behind the counter saying it would be a minute, and then came back saying they don’t accept my insurance, which is odd since they did a year before, and should’ve still been able to fill it regardless of if they accept it or not. Kinda odd the woman the night before didn’t say that either, but hey, she doesn’t know how to do her job either, as lying to customers as naturally as she did to me, shows this. Anyways, no matter how much more convenient this location is, it is not worth it. I’ve seen 100 year olds waddle across the street with more speed, work ethic, and honesty than I have from anyone working at this location.
