- BBBrianna BarlowSep 17, 20251.0Places an online order for 5:15 pickup. Places the order at 3:30. Get there at 5:15 and the employee tells me he hasn't even started it yet. Said he got a rush and it's only his 6th day working there. Feel bad for him. But very annoyed because I have things to do and that's why I ordered for 5:15 and it's 5:30 and I'm still sitting here waiting for my order

The woman helping him told my husband she couldn't add more toppings whe he asked for more pickles and olives. I've never heard another location say that. From another review, this seems standard for this location. I still tipped because it was right before Christmas and everyone has bad days. But, we won't use that location again. That's ok, because there are multiple around.
