They changed the Mac n cheese bites, they now serve them with a slice of what seems like craft singles melted on top calling it “spicy formaggio” (which is honestly comical). We ordered garlic knots, they came ice cold and rock hard, we had to ask for them to be heated up. The entrees were something you could get at a corner pizza spot and not at all worth the price. Server was nice though.

She was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating of my girlfriend's gluten-free diet, offering thoughtful suggestions and making sure every detail was just right. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel both genuinely cared for and well taken care of in a busy restaurant. Rachel absolutely did. Between the delicious food, the charming atmosphere, and the outstanding service, The Pie of Port Jefferson has become one of my favorite spots on Long Island. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, decadent desserts, and exceptional hospitality!

My husband is gluten intolerant, and our server Rachel was so incredibly accommodating, making sure to ask clarifying questions and offer appropriate alternatives so that we both felt comfortable. She really made the lovely atmosphere even more fun, and I hope to visit both The Pie and Rachel again when we are back in town!
