  Horrible place. Waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken, mind you no one else was in line nor was drive thru busy. The manager was just standing talking. The hair was not pulled back which is disgusting, the girl on front counter didn't have a hat on and her hair was an absolute mess, I think her name was ivy? Waited over 7 minutes for a soda.

  Just another McDonald's, staff member who took our order was very nice. Grandkids ordered some Huntress promo meal , wasn't age related they are 5 and 6 more for young teens or 9/10 year olds and seasonings and sauces not great . Quarter pounder was dry not much in flavor

  Wasn't that busy. Drive-thru two windows quarter pounder was kind of dry.

  The food is great, but the order accuracy needs improvement. This is the second time I’ve gotten home and found that items were missing from my order. This time, 1 milk, 1 juice, and 2 picante sauces were missing. The staff should be better trained to check that every item is included before handing out orders.

  The food tastes like McDonalds, what you would normally expect from the brand. Nothing really different there. The reason for this review is the service. Unfortunately it has been consistently poor. Multiple times the food orders have been wrong and the service is very slow, even when the restaurant is not that busy. One thing that really stood out to me is that I have seen customers walk behind the counter where employees work to grab food themselves. That should never happen in a place like this and it shows a lack of organization and oversight. What makes it even more noticeable is that there is a Chick fil A right next door with excellent service. When you see the difference side by side, it really makes you wonder why this location would not step up their service. Because of these experiences, I usually try to avoid this McDonalds when I am picking up food for events. The food is what you expect, but the service definitely needs improvement.
