Not a welcoming place, definitely needs better attention to who they hiring. This person was not willing to scan the QR I wanted to use from my purchase. He was so RUDE AND JUST TELL ME TO PAY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO USE MY CODE. HE said that is NOT his problem, but the company. He didn’t event try to solve my issue and just keep telling me that it can’t be use and that everyone comes and has the same problem. If that is the issue why THEY HAVE NO FIX IT, WHY THEY DONT TRY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. This attitude is unacceptable when clearly of their scanners and their system that is falling. Save your time stress and bad services.

There were 5 2 scoop sundaes. 3 came as 1 scoop with no toppings, and 2 came with toppings in a 2 scoop container but only 1 scoop of ice cream. Tried calling them to correct the mishap but nobody answered 3 hours before closing. Next time I will order from the Coram location. I gave 2 stars because it was still cold when I got it.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
