  The McDonald’s location at 321 Boston Post Rd., Port Chester, New York, store number 3240, has consistently been a horrible experience every time I go, only because of the leadership. At this time, 4/3/26 @ 6:01pm, I ordered a side of Mc sauce and asked the manager for a container filled with sauce or to add more, but she refused unless I paid extra. I’m writing this because this is not the first or third time this has happened. The managers at this location are horrible @mcdonalds. When will you do something about this location.

  We went around 9:30pm for a quick bite. Three cars ahead of us in the drive thru. No one seem to understand what was going on at the order screen. We waited like 15 minutes. Signs and windows lit but no one took order or said come to the windows. We waited at the order screen for just over 5 minutes...and silence. When we got to the pick up window to give our order and bring to their attention about what we experience no response. The two women could not speak English.my hamburger was thinner than usual, burnt, and had a funky smell. It seemed like they dumped a whole load of salt. And the apple pie was pale and under cooked. The strawberry shake was more like a smoothie and said they don't serve whip cream ever there. The Carmel coffee tasted burnt and bitter...as dark as a chalk board. The last time I was there was in January and service was good, food was good, and packed. Two out of the three cars left the line and the one that stayed remained by the order screen...waiting. we should have gone to Pleasantville. It is 24 hr. Service with 24 hour fresh food and excellent service. So long Port Chester location. A little farther from but worth the trip everytime!!!
