Very friendly when I arrived at the window made sure I had extra napkins due to me having kids in the car. The order was made correctly and it was a delight to eat ☺️

I've been going to this taco bell for quite some time and its never been as bad as it has been this past year. The baja blast freeze machine never works, it got to a point where I'd call over the phone before I make the trip and EVERY time she'd say "No the freeze machine no work." Consistent order mess ups, receiving wrong items, wrong orders, or missing items all together. Whether it's in person or ordered through the app, prepare to be disappointed. And dont even get me started on the portion sizes and food quality. Mannn these people working here REALLY don't care. It's like they're the last Taco Bell in the world and they're trying to ration every last ingredient. Every item is either minuscule like you're being served micro meals, or something that's 90% tortilla 9% cheese and 1% meat. If you don't believe me see the attached picture of my quesadilla thats smaller than a sauce packet. I also put it next to the middle slice of the quesadilla which is usually supposed to be the biggest and longest. The fact I had to pay almost 15 DOLLARS for this "Quesadilla Meal" should be a crime. Since my last awful order my friends and I have not been back. Management should seriously consider having a chat with the crew.
