The customer service ranges between courteous and helpful, to managers watching you stand at the counter as they walk past you several times over 10 minutes, never asking if you need help, what your name is for pick up, or anything. Literally just ignoring you....and your food sits there getting cold. Unacceptable.

Rolled up to the window waited a solid 5-7 minutes and the lady opens the window asking or name for a mobile order but we kindly tell her we ordered at the screen. She proceeds to look for our order and says she doesnt have the order there, laughing in our face at the window asking us what we want again. Completely wasting my time before work to get food. Terrible service by her and the team on shift. How do you lose an order that was placed a minute ago in the drive-thru.
