    Nobody speaks English! Its all Spanish BRUTAL! Every customer trying to order or communicate with them is very difficult! How do you hire nobody who speaks english!

    I placed an order for two breakfast sandwiches with turkey bacon. It had been over 20 minutes and our sandwiches still weren't ready. When I asked for assistance I was told to please wait and then I was completely ignored. When we finally received our sandwiches, they were cold, contained bacon, which we do not eat, and the cheese was left off. Not only were they rude, the service was terrible, and the order was wrong. This Dunkin donuts is closer to where we live, but because the service has been terrible numerous times we usually have to drive to the one on the other side of Pleasantville. This is ridiculous.

    Nice workers but too much ice in the drinks. If you want the refreshers with coconut milk you may have to ask them to add more of it. Otherwise, it tastes mostly like the fruit flavors which are nice too.

    If I could give 0, I would. I tried going once a few months back and the coffee was awful. Decided to try again today. Staff is rude, refused to give me a refund. I was given a cup of ice milk! They cursed at me in Spanish. But, I speak Spanish so... They were all to happy to blame the machine once they realized I spoke Spanish as well. I asked for just black coffee since my money was robbed from me and it tasted like water. Something is seriously wrong at this location. Don't give it a try.
