And when I asked for a topping on my burger it wasn't freshly made, instead re opened and sauce put on. This location has gotten worse and worse over the years since living in pleasant valley.

I do not want to place an order on a computer inside the lobby to place an actual order.It's not my cup of tea if you know what I mean. However , you can't place an order at the register, i believe fast food industry is focusing on the drive through more now than they are.The dining room that's given. And when you do get your food, they make mistakes.You have to check your food before you leave. And if you want a decent meal , do not order from the value menu the burgers, the chicken are gonna be a lot smaller.That's why it's called the value menu lesson learned so if you are very hungry and you want to fill your tummy , do Not order from the value menu period . Because you're trying to save a few dollars unless you want to get it quick, bite to eat.Just until you get home . The menu is not like it used to be. That's my personal opinion.

They will sometimes serve you coffees that are only 3/4th full. given that it's intermittent I think it's down to certain individuals vs the facility as a whole, but I still have to dock stars because I have to double check my beverage to make sure I got the whole beverage.

It's physical condition, inside and out, is well maintained and clean. I've had many experiences at this location, and not one of them were negative. Every staff member has also been very kind, respectful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend. 👍🏻
