It is not uncommon that food is expired on the shelves. There is zero common sense used when they shop for pickup orders. Produce is often rotten. All of that can be fixed by management and staff. They can't change that everything is ridiculously overpriced, but it is. Pleasant Valley needs a better grocery store.

Instead of the employees sitting outside smoking , maybe they should pay more attention inside the store , the produce department is always dirty with flys around the rooten vegetables and fruit , they put 30% off of brown meat , and if you don’t check the date’s most likely you’ll buy something expired , this has been going on for months now , can’t blame the workers because they are only following what the managers are telling them , so it starts at the top , acme heads need to start coming around more and make sure that the store is up to par , will be contacting the DOH and acme company since no staff there are willing to give any numbers or names as to make a complaint to , probably because they know it’s not right . 1 cashier on duty and four self check out lines that something is always wrong with . The return machines are always full and dirty , because when you go to the front desk and let them know , it’s always the guys not here yet , in a situation like that you would think that the machines would be cleaned and empty the night before !!
