  Staff are not very good at their jobs, orders are frequently wrong or cold, and the store is never, ever, ever clean. Needs new management.

  I’m so beyond frustrated!! I am done going to Taco Bell in Plattsburgh. I ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito. I substituted beef for steak, added rice, and added creamy jalapeño sauce and requested it be grilled. Pictured is my order placed. Also pictured is what I received. A 5 layer burrito as it comes. No rice. No jalapeño sauce. Beef instead of steak. And it wasn’t grilled. I literally paid extra for these things and did not receive them. I was already home when I bit into the burrito and discovered it was not as I ordered. Something is ALWAYS wrong or missing every time I go there. Peace out Taco Bell ✌🏻 the only thing really good anyway is the creamy jalapeño sauce and of course that’s the one sauce you cannot buy in store. Not to mention I waited 30+ minutes in the drive through for an order that had already been placed on a mobile order!!!

  Getting taco bell around 10pm with friends was pretty fun, we initially thought we could go in and order our food but we had learned we could only get food through the drive through. So that was a bit of a surprise. We ended up waiting in the car and ordering through the mobile app. I give the atmosphere 5 stars because I was in my friend's car.

  Une pure horreur dans son ensemble. Souper du 5 octobre 2025. Rien ne fonctionnait bien avec le personnel, Attente interminable pour finalement avoir réussi à avoir notre discovery luxe box à $9.99 il me semble bien. Service pourri à l'os. Ce que nous avons mangé ne valait pas de la schnout! La confusion régnait de A à Z. Nous avons détesté notre expérience. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas ce restaurant.   I loved this place so much but now I don’t know how to feel. Management sucks. I had came in during the early afternoon, they took over 30 minutes to make my food!!! When I finally got my food, it was cold and soggy and the lettuce was brown looking and wilted. I asked the manager for a refund and he was very very very rude. He said “well you’re going to have to eat it like that I am not going to give away free food” before when I had given them a chance to remake it. He had a horrible attitude and I even heard him complaining to his coworkers about me saying that I was being a “crazy person” for not having my food done the way it should. And that I should not go to Taco Bell if I expect 5 star treatment. I recognize this manager most times I come in during the day. He is always complaining about his job and talking about other coworkers calling them lazy and useless. The floor is always dirty when he is there, dishes piled up and people waiting for their food for a very long time. Here is the picture of the manager I am talking about. DO NOT COME DURING DAY!! Night managers are very nice, respectful and friendly. If you want to be treated with decency and respect go during the nights where the workers/ managers are different people.
