But recently there have been several changes in the store. Some I’ve really liked, but others have been a bit frustrating. One change that has been particularly inconvenient is that all of the self-checkout registers no longer accept cash and now only take cards. For customers who still prefer or rely on using cash, this creates an unnecessary hassle. I really feel it would be more customer-friendly to offer both options again, the way they used to. I’m sharing this feedback because I genuinely appreciate Hannaford and want the shopping experience to remain accessible and convenient for everyone.
