- SSS SMar 29, 20261.0I have ordered two tomato soup bows with other foods and they did not served soup with croutons. This is a lousiness and playing with customers money. I hope they pay more attention to customers orders without doing cut corners. This is 2nd experience within few days as in previous experience ordered full bowl of salad and hard came in half full. I have called them back and they ask me to go and pick up croutons. What a stupidness to ask me to pick up when I am 6 miles away. If I don't get response to this review from Panera Bread, will put stop payment and write it to corporate office.

However, the last three visits, when we place our online order for pick up, we are always missing 1-2 items, causing us to be inconvenienced and return to get the rest of the food that we paid for. A free cookie is hardly worth the inconvenience. We enjoy the food, however, the aggravation it causes is just not worth it.
