Ordered online and it was ready to go when we arrived 10 minutes later. Restaurant looked clean and bright, servers were courteous and cheerful. The food here, like at Chipotle and Moe's, etc. isn't bad. It's just the appearance of a bunch of ingredients all kind of slopped onto a soggy, recycled (maybe?) paper bowl. The colors were vibrant and everything tasted fresh, it's just that the appearance, totally - subjective, devalued the merit of the individual ingredients. Probably 4 stars if you're a fan of "bowl" type cuisine.
