    Awful Dunkin!! They don’t put any flavor in the drinks and refuse to add flavor when it tastes like water! They don’t smile, they’re extremely rude, and it’s dirty in the store!! Menetto Hill rd Dunkin will always be the best one, don’t waste your money at South Oyster Bay rd!

    The people who work here are very friendly. This review is for the establishment, it's the dirtiest and most grimey shop I have seen. I would not return to lack of cleanliness.

    I wish I could rate this Dunkin negative 5 stars. The customer service is terrible. I order on the app all the time and my order is never ready. The owner must be absentee because most of the people who work here don't care. The young guys are good. It's the older short guy with the mustache who doesn't care. And the girls who work there in the mornings are horrible too.
