- OOOPJun 6, 20251.00 star!! Be cautious, as they might try to scam you! I wanted to order a quart size and asked how many flavors I could choose. The employee said I could select “as many as I wanted”. I chose three, but when I was about to ask for a fourth flavor, she said that I could only have three scoops…?!? She said she thought I meant the regular cones. I said the quart size at least 3 times! It was clear she had given me incorrect information and she knew it as well. I told her she should have mentioned this before she scooped the ice cream, but she couldn't care less. I had a child waiting for the flavor he had chosen, so I let her continue, and she charged me extra for that. I didn't want to waste my energy over $3, but what a terrible experience at the neighborhood ice cream shop. This was my first visit to this location, and I will never go back. She didn't even apologize!! Oh and she gave me one spoon to take home!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
