Besides always getting my order right; The staff is extremly welcoming and always greets me by name Even though I have moved and there are other Dunkin Donuts closer, I will not switch. I go there every day and it is an important part to the start of my day.
- AWAngie WFeb 16, 20261.0NO MORALS. My son went to this Dunkin Donuts today and ordered 2 Matcha’s, one for him and one for his friend. He asked the lady at the counter to put the drinks in their shaker cup because they had to ride their bikes home. He asked for a cup of ice to be put in one of the plastic cups that comes with the drink. The Dunkin Donuts lady named Cristela decided to take advantage of him by charging him $1 extra for ice. The drinks are suppose to come with a cup each and ice anyway. He left there with 2 empty cups, one of the 2 cups had ice in it and was charged $1 for absolutely no reason besides Cristela’s need to rip off a kid. Then when I called to ask about it, they hung up the phone on me. When I went in person to confront them, she told me “get out of here”. The point is not the $1, it’s the concept that this Dunkin Donuts lady Cristela’s unprofessional attitude and dishonest actions of taking advantage of a minor that didn’t know better. Perhaps it made her day knowing she actually had the power of making $1 more for Dunkin Donuts by ripping off a kid. Either way, I hope management reads this and properly addresses this $1 thief Cristela.
