Before I even spoke to her she told me "I don't have anything to sell, I close at 8." I let her know that I believed it was 9 but she said she "could not stay past the hour." I then asked if she could make a hot chocolate, which was the ONLY thing I came in for, and she again told me "I don't have anything." The gas station attendant was kind to offer me the bottled coffee beverages, however, I have never encountered such a rude experience. I go to this Dunkin all the time and have NEVER had someone close before 9, let alone before 8. I understand it may have been slow, but that is no reason to completely close and turn away customers before closing. It takes 1 button to make a hot chocolate. One button. I cannot believe the laziness and rudeness I encountered with this girl tonight. Wildly disappointed.

The manager has actually seen me coming and had my coffee prepared for me by the time I reached the counter! Really great crew, they start my day off well.
