- DJdenise jenkins1 day ago1.0Disappointed and disgusted. While the new cashier was very pleasant, she handled the situation poorly. After forgetting my coffee cup, she dug through the trash to retrieve my receipt to verify the purchase, which was extremely unsanitary. A team lead, trainer, or manager should have immediately had her wash her hands before continuing to handle anything else. Instead, she was simply told where to find receipts on the computer when they saw her digging in the garbage. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Also, one of the coffees I asked for was iced coffee and the same manager/trainer told me it will be $1 per pump of Carmel, since I didn’t order a cold brew and in a very snarky demeanor! Will not visit this location again. Managers, trainers, leads need to take a training class in how to interact with customers along with taking food and safety courses.

I told them I could pay for the cream cheese and they refused. I have done this at so many other locations with no problem. Terrible attitude…
