- JGJulia GuliaFeb 20, 20262.0I was disappointed with my recent visit. The cashier interaction felt cold and unfriendly — no “please,” no “thank you,” and very little basic customer courtesy. It made the experience uncomfortable from the start. After I completed my payment (and chose not to leave a tip due to the lack of service), the cashier appeared visibly upset, which only reinforced the awkwardness. On top of that, the driveway/parking lot area is in very rough condition. It’s uneven and poorly maintained, which makes entering and exiting the property frustrating and potentially damaging to vehicles.

After forgetting my coffee cup, she dug through the trash to retrieve my receipt to verify the purchase, which was extremely unsanitary. A team lead, trainer, or manager should have immediately had her wash her hands before continuing to handle anything else. Instead, she was simply told where to find receipts on the computer when they saw her digging in the garbage. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Also, one of the coffees I asked for was iced coffee and the same manager/trainer told me it will be $1 per pump of Carmel, since I didn’t order a cold brew and in a very snarky demeanor! Will not visit this location again. Managers, trainers, leads need to take a training class in how to interact with customers along with taking food and safety courses.
