There was a lady there but she was on the phone doing whatever and she walked to the front a couple of times. Highest respect for the man but the lady needs to learn that customers come before the phone. I stood there a good 5 minutes but the guy was doing all he could to run both. Do better lady!

- JGJessica GoldbergFeb 12, 20205.0I would usually never feel compelled to write a review for a regular ole' chain establishment like a Dunkin. But this place WAS AMAZING! We stopped in for a coffee driving up from NYC to Montreal. The staff was so insanely nice I didn't know what to do. I tried to remember their names to give them a shout-out here, but unfortunately forgot. This was back in September and it's now February and we still mention every once in a while the random delight that this Dunkin was. Aside from the awesome people working there, this place is laid out very comfortably with a cozy seating area. I also remember they had a community meeting room in the back, which is a cool idea if people use it. I believe I had a maple frosted donut, which rocked. It was rainy and dreary outside and we still had a while to drive, and this stop really lifted our spirits. I also work in the service industry, and this was a great reminder for me that you really can have an impact on the people who come in. Hope this didn't come off as corny; I appreciate you guys!
