21 December 2025 This was hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
I came through with my two young kids and ordered hot fudge sundaes. When they were made, the employee couldn’t get all of the fudge into the cups. I calmly said that was fine and I’d take them as-is. Instead of resolving it professionally, the employee got visibly angry, slammed the drive-thru window in my face, and disappeared.
A minute later, he came back with my money. I told him all I wanted were the sundaes I had originally ordered. He then aggressively shoved the sundaes at me, with chocolate dripping everywhere and the ice cream clearly crushed like he had squeezed them in his hands out of anger.
My kids were absolutely terrified by how aggressive and hostile this employee was. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially at a place where families and children are supposed to feel safe.
The level of unprofessionalism here is unreal. If management doesn’t address this kind of behavior, they’re going to keep losing customers. I will never return to this location.
