  Food is a 10/10! My family loves going here. However, in our most recent experience, when I got there the bag they handed me only had two subs in it and I had thought my wife ordered a pizza. So I said I think I'm missing a pizza. The woman who handed me my food responded "no, you only ordered subs" and then listed my ordered, she seemed irritated which just sets the direction of the conversation. I didn't realize the Rachel was a sub but she informed me it was. And I said "oh well I'm still missing that because there's only two subs in the bag" so then they handed me another sub that was just sitting there and then I told her also we ordered mac salad (which she just read off to me) and then she looked around and was like where's the mac salad and then someone said they were sold out. No problem, I just asked for a refund which she seemed surprised at? Then, I had also gotten a side of sauce which I asked where it was to which she said was in the bag with the subs (I felt for it before I asked, it wasn't in there but no point in arguing with someone who's already irritated) So I didn't get the sauce I wanted either. Not to say that every experience would be like that because this is was my first but it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth - and it's not from the food!

  Great subs-love this place and I'm proud to share a name. I just tried to walk in and got absolutely drenched in the rain because the open light was on at 8:30am. To my dismay they aren't open till 11. Would love if they served breakfast. Will be going back for lunch.

  Our first time stoping at Capone’s and definitely won’t be the last!! We were immediately welcomed warmly upon walking in, we placed our “to-go” order and didn’t have to wait long despite it being incredibly busy. The garlic parm fries are to die for and didn’t make it in the car on the ride home! The Big Milanese was delicious as was the Philly Cheesesteak and Bacon cheeseburger sub! Thanks for a great meal!

  Got a catering order Christmas Eve and the food was some of the worst I've ever had. We normally order grandpa Sam's but missed the ordering cut off. We food we got was inedible and everyone threw their plate out and we ordered Chinese. Over 200$ was thrown away. We will never return for catering here. The pizza we got when we picked up the order was some of the worst pizza I've had.

  Had catering order done. Food was atrocious. Red sauce had a terrible aftertaste and was bitter. Chicken parm was dry and had hard spots, chicken French that was laughable. It was also dry and hardly any taste of wine or lemon just had tons of butter and was greasy. Expensive for the quality. Good service but raggedy looking restaurant
