So sincerely apologetic, stopped and both helped me and got me going. Such amazing people in there. It Christmas Eve and they're slammed. Didn't matter. Got the same great service.

Ordered bagels sliced with cream cheese, got unsliced and no cream cheese and the asiago half missed the bagels so they were more like plain, forgot my hash browns, messed up sisters sandwich. My sister says they forget the sauce which comes with the sandwich most of the time so she has to grab an extra one every time.
