  Small portions for a lot of money. Decent but not for the price or portion.

  My bag ripped, dropping the fresh bagels. I explained what had happened to the mgr. She and the other female staff bent over backwards to help me! The girls were amazing awesome. So sincerely apologetic, stopped and both helped me and got me going. Such amazing people in there. It Christmas Eve and they're slammed. Didn't matter. Got the same great service.

  Burnt my bagel but I didn't know until I got home. Take some pride in what you are doing if it's wrong redo it don't just throw it in the bag.

  The workers here are always SO nice! I would drive further just to go to this one. All of the other Bruegger’s in the area are very unfriendly, almost drawing me away from going. But I love the staff at this one, they are always very happy to give suggestions, and I’m always looking to try something new. They’ve told me if I don’t like it, they will gladly replace it. They always hold the doors for us when we come in and they never complain even if we make it in right before close. Keep up the good work!
