    I've been coming here faithfully for years. Not only for myself, but to grab my coworkers treats on Fridays. Past few visits the atmosphere has been full of attitude. Drinks are made and just set on counter. No orders are ever called out anymore and people are left standing to guess what is what. Today was yet another disappointment. Left standing waiting for a simple hot coffee because the girl with the painted eyebrows ( I believe named Brittany) decided to put the sticker on my cup, set it down, and go on to make 10 other drinks while leaving me standing for 10 plus minutes. Not until I asked for my coffee did someone make it for me while Brittany just muttered off with attitude. Hopefully things change for the better soon. Just disappointing overall

    This DD couldn’t spell COFFEE if Vanna already turned _OFFEE. They can find a way to mess up every order. The drive thru couldn’t be slower. The mobile app should ask ARE YOU REALLY SURE YOU WANT THIS LOCATION?

    Staff at drive-through needs greeted me to say hello, to say thank you or any other words for that matter… Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel, drove away to find that it was a croissant…. So they couldn’t even get that right

    I stopped in on 2/13 a gentleman came in to pick up an online order. The staff couldn't locate his order to pick up and he was sure he ordered it. He stated this is Fairport Nine Mile Point Road is it not. A lady working behind the counter calmly and politely explain that it was not, where that location was and said don't worry about we will get the order together for you and it will be ok. Repeat that scenario and you see so much where people would haw wrote that gentleman off and said sorry not here, go to the correct location or taken it as an inconvenience to their day. Instead this employee remained positive and helpful for a mistake any of us could have made. Kudos to her for DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THE CUSTOMER.

    This store is closed yet still accepting mobile orders. They provide no way to request a refund in the app. Bad business!!!
