    I went in at 11:20 last night , the ladies said the register is closed like u still got 40 til u close . Then proceeded to say if I order it better take less than 30 minutes. Like first do ur work . I don’t know why u wanna work at fast food but ur lazy . Also who starts cleaning almost a whole hour before you close . U supposed to clean after the store is close . Horrible service

    I placed an order for pickup at 11pm and arrived 11:15 pm to pick it up. I noticed my name on the screen but it said order received but it was still being prepared. I patiently sat down and periodically checked the screen to see if it was ready and the young lady asked me my name to check my order as I peered at the screen then came back to me saying it wasn’t ready yet. Still patiently sitting and waiting finally around 11:40 pm it said order ready on the screen. It was crowded around the counter so I again patiently waited to get the workers attention and asked her for my order as I pointed to it saying it was ready. She goes back to the kitchen area comes to me and says it’s not ready and that the screen says it’s ready back there but it’s not and that they have over 50 orders they are preparing. I still again sat back down waiting patiently and seen everyone one by one get those orders and at some point another lady from the back came out and gave 2 customers free boneless wings with their orders stating they don’t like throwing out food. At 12:11 am the same girl I’ve been interacting with says oh you still waiting here, there’s no order fir you back there. At this point I was waiting over 45 mins in the store, she couldn’t explain why my name was on the screen previously saying my order was ready and was talking to me in an elevated tone saying she’d just telling me what her manager said. When I asked fort the manager because at this point now I’m irritated she says they’re not there and then tells me they are closed now. Very rudely and nonchalant about the whole situation, and the guy from the kitchen who was giving the lady other customer third order says she can request a refund. I asked for a number to management and the girl did not give me one and proceeded to recite the street address to the restaurant saying I can look it up by that. This was by far the worst service I ever encountered at this particular establishment and the staff handled the situation carelessly and was very unprofessional. I left very upset, hungry and quite frankly as you can see by this post I was annoyed by their lack of customer service as they messed up somehow and was not apologetic about it, actually gave me attitude and I was talking very calmly the whole time trying to understand what happened as the girl made no sense. I would say they should invest in people who have communication skills for one and train their employees in simple customer service behaviors instead of trying to provoke customers to jump out of character to meet their energy. Especially when they were in the wrong.

    Came here really late at night and met Anthony who attended to us right before the store was closing. He was super helpful and patient while we took forever to order. He Cleaned the store while we were deciding on our order and was very accommodating to the other guests nearby. Thank you all!
