  This place was great place few years ago. It was the place to hang out and have the kids play while you chill type of place. But recently they change how they do things and some of the people at the reception to sit you are very rude. Well I get the idea of you getting busier and have to spread your tables but make sure to treat people nice and equal. The service is definitely not worth going there anymore.

  Let me start by saying if I could give this review no stars I would. My boyfriend and I went here for a fun date night. We waited almost 20 minutes till someone asked were we being helped which I answered no and they went to get someone to assist us with ordering. We both wanted steak for dinner, when the waiter finally came to take our order he let us know the kitchen was all out of steak. He told us he’ll give us a little more time to figure out our order. We he finally came back I told him my order which he then said the kitchen was out of ribs as well. He told us for a second time he’ll give us a little more time to get our order together. Instead of introducing himself from the initial meet and greet and letting us know all the things the kitchen was out of he had us waste time looking over the menu again and again. Horrible service. When we did get the food it was terrible. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread which my pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. We had to ask someone for napkins because we were never given anything. There were knats all around the table. As you can see one is on the wing More than half the games were down. A major let down after the disappointment from dinner. it was such a let down for a fun date night.

  My Favorite Spot for Happy Hour! At least three times a month, my friends and I make it a point to hit up this place for happy hour, and it never disappoints! The food is consistently great, and the warm-up appetizers always hit the spot. The bartender is always on top of things and provides fantastic service every time. Big shoutout to Dave & Buster’s for the awesome games—they really add to the fun and make it a perfect spot to unwind and have a good time! Highly recommend!

  We went on an early Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it was the perfect timing. There was barely anyone there and the kids were able to play without having to wait for any games. We were there for two hours and sat down to eat. We purchased the power play cards with the meal and it was worth it. Food was okay. Had the classic goldfingers with fries. One of the chicken tenders were nice and big while the other was thinner and smaller. Size was definitely not consistent. We also had the Dave’s Double Cheeseburger and that was good. Order it medium and it was perfect. Kids enjoyed the food and then we upgraded to the unlimited game play cards for $59.99. Overall the kids enjoyed their time while we watched the games on the screens.

  I’m giving this a five-star review because the vibes were immaculate. The staff were extremely helpful and communicated well throughout the night. The downside was during the February 8th Super Bowl viewing, when many of us were there specifically to watch the halftime performance by Bad Bunny. Staff reassured everyone that the volume would be turned up once halftime began. We later found out that the radio/stereo system had been broken for about a week prior. The general manager, was aware of this issue and their technician had to fix it on the day of the event. This was frustrating not just because we couldn’t fully hear the performance, but because as a sports bar, these are services customers are paying for and expecting to be fully functional. Given the times we’re living in, it was hard not to take the situation personally, as it felt intentional rather than accidental. That said, I want to acknowledge the bartenders and hostesses working that night. They were attentive, helpful, and did their best to make the experience enjoyable despite the circumstances.
