- KKK4 days ago1.0This is the worst location I have ever been too. Our waitress and the lack of service she gave was horrendous. Food was subpar.... most of it seemed like microwaved bar food. I wouldnt recommend. The location was also extremely busy and was hard to play any games.

Pile of nachos was certainly a pile, carelessly thrown in a bowl and coated in what they called queso but frankly tasted like melted American cheese and topped with what was definitely pre-cooked chicken breast. The boneless Asian wings were a little better, but not much; they were very salty and tasted kinda old. Long Island iced tea was tasty but pricey. The staff were all fine, certainly pleasant enough and definitely not getting paid enough to deal with the Chaos of Saturday night. The arcade itself was also fine; if you don't have kids I would recommend a slower evening than a Friday or Saturday.

- AAAnonymousNov 2, 20255.0Held a kids birthday party here on Sunday afternoon this weekend. The location itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The food was great. The party room was perfect. The manager was amazing. I would give 10/10 rating the only small hiccup was maybe that we felt a bit “on our own” once we received the playing cards and had to my finding our server or the manager with questions but once we did find them everything was answered for us and we were served. Honestly wasn’t even an issue I’m sure they wanted to just let us do our thing and feel comfortable in the party room. Great job D&B Pelham Manor. Upper management should be proud.
